USAGE
Executing PRO-ACOTEC in the following process:
Preparation the surface
– Clean the surface
– Spray moisture to the surface.
Mixxing the mortar
– Mix mortar by machine with speed from 100-300 rpm. Mix time: 3-4 minutes.
– Mortar to water ratio is about 18 ÷ 21%.
Using mortar
– 1 m3 mortar mixture requires 1700 – 1750 kg of dry mortar.
– Executing PRO-ACOTEC like the normal mortar.
– Curing at least 5 days after executing
Note that it is necessary to moisturize the joint immediately after executing mortar for about 1-2 hours depending on the weather.
PACKING, STORAGE
PRO-ACOTEC is packed in moisture-proof package. Each package contains 25 kg dry mortar
Store in a cool, dry, and roofed area.
Expiry date: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
