CONCRETE FLOOR POWDER PROMO-TOP

DESCRIPTION

PROMO-TOP is a dry powder product to harden the concrete floor. PROMO-TOP is produced by the cement, high quality quartz sand or carborundum and additives. The floor with harden layer has high abrasion and impact resistance for works subjected to friction, surface impact. PROMO-TOP has colors according to customers’ requirements.

APPLICATION

Creat harden layer directly on concrete floors, for floors need high abrasion resistance such as: industrial factory floor, warehouses, car terminals, mechanized workshops, parking lots, petrol stations, garages, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS

*) Hardening with quartz:

– The volume of porous volume: 1400-1450 kg / m3

– Abrasion age 28 days: ≤ 0.15 g / cm2

– Surface hardness aged 28 days: ≥ 5 Mohs

*) Hardening with carborundum:

– The volume of porous volume: 1700-1800 kg / m3

– Abrasion age 28 days: ≤ 0.1 g / cm2

– Surface hardness aged 28 days: ≥ 7 Mohs.

TERMS OF USE

With the types of floors used for transportation:

– Floors with light and moderate loads: 4 ÷ 7 kg / m2

– Floors with heavy load:> 8 kg / m2.

EXECUTING TEMPERATURE

The best temperature to executing PROMO-TOP is from 15^oC to 35^oC. Temperature to executing concrete cannot be lower than 10^oC. This is a temperature range to avoid crack during the curing of concrete and PROMO-TOP layer. Temperatures above 35°C may cause the structure to be unfavorable. In other temperatures, adjust the appropriate temperature before applying PROMO-TOP.

PACKING, STORAGE

PROMO-TOP is packed in moisture-proof  paper bag

Store in a cool, dry place, covered.

Expiry date: before 6 months from the date of manufacture.
