DESCRIPTION
PROMO-LC100 mortar is a high quality ready-mixed mortar, used in the construction of lightweight concrete block walls. PROMO-LC100 mortar is manufactured using modern technology, constructed using thin mortar technology.
APPLICATION RANGE
PROMO-LC100 mortar is used to build autoclaved aerated concrete block walls, foam concrete block bricks.
PROMO-LC100 mortar is also suitable for the construction of brick, silicate bricks, common block bricks, etc.

The thickness of mortar layer is from 3 ÷ 5 mm.
USER MANUAL
Construction of PROMO-LC100 according to the following procedure:
Surface preparation
The surface of the masonry should be cleaned of dirt, moss, grease and other impurities before construction.
Mixing mortar
PROMO-LC100 Mortar should be mechanically mixed with a mixer. A low speed hand-held drill with a stirrer can be used to mix mortar.
Dry mortar is quantified into the mixing tank, then gradually add the amount of water to mix in the recommended ratio (1 25 kg bag of mortar mixed with 4.0 ÷ 5.5 liters of water) and mix well. Carry out the mixing until the mortar mixture reaches homogeneous and ductility suitable for application.
Executing works
Apply a thick layer of mortar to the surface using comb-trowel tilt 60o to make grooves mortar.
Attach the next block on the motar layer, align it to a flat, straight position. Tap on the surface of the brick to make the brick adhere to the mortar.
Clean
Wash all tools and equipment with water before the mortar sets.
PACKING, STORAGE
PROMO-LC100 is packed in moisture-proof bag
Store in cool, dry place, covered.
Expiry date: 6 months from date of manufacture.
