SELF – LEVELING GROUT PROMO-GS

DESCRIPTION

PROMO-GS is a dry mixed mortar. PROMO-GS  has self-leveling ability, high compressive strength and good adhesive strength with mortar base and concrete base.

APPLICATION

Flatten the concrete floors, reinforced concrete floors to execute the next layer, for example:  epoxy paint layer, to spread carpets or to pave wooden floor, vinyl floors…

Creating a moisture-proof layer for concrete floors, reinforced concrete to execute the next layer.

Widely used in floor construction of hospital buildings, school buildings and manufacturing workshops

SPECIFICATIONS

Appearance: powder / gray

Mixing water ratio: 20 ÷ 24%

Density of mortar mixture: 1,9 ÷ 2,0 kg / liter

Flow in tube Suttat:> 25 cm

Time to execute: ≤ 45 minutes

Surface drying time: 3 hours

Compressive strength at 28 days of age: ≥ 35 MPa

Flexural strength at 28 days of age: ≥ 3 MPa

Tensile adhesion strength on concrete base M300 28 days of age: ≥ 0.8 MPa

Thickness of mortar: 2 ÷ 10 mm

Norm: 1,7 ÷ 2,0 kg of mortar PROMO-GS for 1 m² of floor thickness 1 mm.

USER MANUAL

Clean the surface.

Damp the surface of the floor before application.

PROMO-GS mortar should be mixed by mixer: 1 kg of dry mortar is mixed with 0.20 ÷ 0.24 liters of water. Choose the right amount of water. The powder is gradually added to the pre-quantified water and mixed until the mortar mixture reaches homogeneous mixture Mixing time is about 4 ÷ 5 minutes.

Executing the Latex connection additives mixed with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Spray moisture on the floor surface. Pour the self-leveling grout on the floor. Using comb-trowel to spread the grout, then using a thorn-roller to bubble escape. The grout will fill in the convex, concave and self-leveling to creating a smooth surface and moisture way.

If needs offset high altitude for floor with thickness  ≥ 2 cm, can be constructed high altitude offset layer with PROMO-F non shrinkage grout before construc self-leveling mortar. Procedure  constructed high altitude offset layer with PROMO-F as self-leveling plastering, cleaning the surface of the floor, scanning the connection layer of Latex and after construced PROMO-F non shrinkage grout.

Cleaning: clean all tools with water immediately after use.

Moisturize for at least 1 day after applying mortar.

PACKING, STORAGE

PROMO-GS  is packed in paper bags. Each bag contains 25 kg of mortar.

Store in dry, cool place

Used before: 06 months from date of manufacture.
