APPLICATION RANGE
Adhesive mortar PROMO-AT is used in tiling ceramic products, glazed tiles, baked clay bricks, natural stone, artificial stone, common block bricks, light concrete block bricks,… and tiling product other paving by the thin-mortar method on masonry or concrete.
Features of PROMO-AT:
– Higher adhesion than different types of flooring and paving materials.

– High water retention capability, allows no need to moisten the substrate surface as well as tiles during construction.

TERMS OF USE
1000 kg dry mortar PROMO-AT to make 580 ÷ 600 liters of mortar mixture.
Thickness of mortar layer: from 2 ÷ 4 mm.
Used norm : 3.0 ÷ 4.0 kg / m2.
USER MANUAL
Surface preparation
Paving surfaces should be cleaned of dirt, grouting, moss, grease and other impurities prior to application.
Mixing mortar
Adhesive mortar PROMO-AT should be mechanically mixed by mixer. A low speed hand-held drill with a stirrer can be used to mix mortar.
The dry mortar is quantified into a vessel, then gradually mixed with the recommended amount of water. Carry out the mixing until the mortar mixture reaches homogeneous mixture.
Tiling
Use a flat trowel to spread a thin layer of plaster to the substrate. Then, spreading a thicker layer of mortar on top. Comb-trowel tilt 60o to make grooves mortar. The area of one time spreading mortar needs to be calculated to tiled in the working time of mortar.
Attach tiles on mortar paste.. Tapping or pressing on the surface of the tile to create the adhesion between the tile, the mortar and the substrate
CLEAN
Wash all tools and equipment with water before the mortar sets.
PACKING, STORAGE
Tile adhesive mortar PROMO-AT is packed in paper bags with moisture-proof layer. Each bag contain 25kg of mortar
Store in a cool, dry, sheltered place.
Use before: 06 months from date of manufacture.
