GLUE TO FILL AND COVER CRACK PROBOND-HL200

DESCRIPTION

PROBOND-HL200 is glue, color white to fill and cover the crack, create a flat surface for the next finishing layer.

APPLICATION

PROBOND-HL200 is used to fill and cover the cracks up to 2.5mm. When the crack is less than 1mm wide, crack-cover paint PROCOAT-HL200 can be used.

Executing PROBOND-HL200 according to the following process:

Surface preparation

Preparing the surface of the wall is a very important step, deciding the quality of adhesion of PROBOND-HL200. The wall moisture to executePROBOND-HL100 must be less than 15%.

In case wall has been finished the surface

+ Using a small chisel or a tool to remove the old paint along the crack

+ Clean the surface just out of dirt, then use a bristle brush or a blowing machine to blow away the dirt.

In case wall has not been finished the surface

+ Clean the surface of the crack well from dust or dirt with sandpaper, then use a bristle brush or blowing machine to blow away the dirt.

Executing PROBOND-HL200

Using a trowel or other suitable tool to fill PROBOND-HL200 into the prepared surface crack.

The thickness of PROBOND-HL200 when dry should be greater than 0.5mm.

PROBOND-HL200 has very high adhesion, so wash tools immediately after each time executing the work.

After the first layer of PROBOND-HL200 has dried (about 24 hours), apply the second, third… layer to make the flat surface (if the surface is not yet flat), then paint directly on the glue surface.

PACKING, STORAGE

PROBOND-HL200 is stored in a dry, damp place in a covered warehouse.

Usage time: Before 6 months from the date of manufacture.
